Foundation for Eleanora R. Spratt Scholarships

What is FERSS?

The Foundation for Eleanora R Spratt Scholarships (FERSS) is a nonprofit 501 (C ) (3) foundation conduit that was developed to keep the legacy of Dr. Spratt alive by providing financial assistance to economically challenged students. Regardless of the desire to achieve a degree from an academic institution or a professional certification, FERSS will provide a $1,000 scholarship upon completion and acceptance of the potential student’s application.

Her family, friends, and colleagues launched the Foundation for Eleanora R. Spratt Scholarships (FERSS) to provide financial assistance to economically challenged individuals who are seeking advance degrees or professional certifications.
