The FERSS is a foundation conduit that was developed to keep the legacy of Dr. Spratt alive by providing financial assistance to economically challenged students. Regardless of the desire to achieve a degree from an academic institution or a professional certification, FERSS will provide a $1,000 scholarship upon completion and acceptance of the potential student’s application.

I am humbled and honored to have been the daughter of Dr. Eleanora R Spratt, a survivor of various forms of discrimination, a mother, a mentor, a financial contributor, but most of all a luminary who attained eminence in the field of education and an inspiration to those she enabled to meet or surpass their educational potential.
